Carolyn R. Rodenberg has an extensive background in negotiation, business development and communications. She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, post graduate work in Psychology and
a master's degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. For the last several years, she has facilitated positive changes within family-owned and closely held businesses. She
is also a mediation practitioner. An integral part of her work is mediating differences between managers, owners, employees, entrepreneurs, successors, work team members, and multiple level staffs.
She uses her facilitation skills and experience in strategic planning sessions, acquisitions, and mergers of closely held businesses and family owned businesses. To increase communication in the workplace, she conducts seminars and
workshops in conflict resolution, workplace communications, teambuilding, and leadership development. |
